Chicago's first
fully elected
school board.
On November 3, you'll elect the school board president and the representative for your neighborhood. This guide shows you the school board candidates in your race and who we recommend.
Who answers to your kids?
The Chicago Teachers Union has endorsed its own slate of candidates for the school board. The union also negotiates its contract with the same board it is helping to elect. This guide highlights candidates who would answer to students and families, not to a contract negotiation.

Candidate photos come from candidates' own campaign websites or official campaign social pages. Candidates without an available campaign photo are shown with their initials.
